Welcome to TSM's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Lessons must be scheduled in advance and cancellations require 24-hour notice.

2. Payment is due before the start of each lesson or as per the agreed payment plan.

3. Our instructors will determine when a student is ready for the driving test.

4. All students must have a valid provisional driving license for practical lessons.

5. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with our safety guidelines.

6. Missed lessons without proper notice may result in a charge for the missed lesson.

7. Respect and courtesy are expected towards instructors and other students at all times.

8. Students are responsible for any damage they cause to the instructional vehicle due to reckless behavior.
